႐ံုးတြင္းအဂၤလိပ္စကား

႐ံုးတြင္းအေထြေထြစကားစမည္ေျပာစရာေတြဟာတကယ္ေတာ့ မိမိသိၿပီးသားစကားလံုးေတြ အေပၚမွာပဲအေျခခံပါတယ္။ ဒါေပမယ့္ တကယ္ေျပာဖို႔လိုအပ္တဲ့အခါ ၀ါက်အျဖစ္ ထြက္မလာတာ၊ ေျပာတတ္တဲ့သူေျပာတဲ့အခါမွ “ေၾသာ္ ဒါေလးမ်ား သိတာေပါ့” ျဖစ္တတ္ပါတယ္။ ဒါဟာ input နည္းလုိ႔ျဖစ္ရတာပါ။ ျမင္ဖူး၊ ၾကားထူးထားတဲ့၀ါက်ေလးေတြကို အထပ္ထပ္ေလ့က်င့္လိုက္ရင္ အလြယ္တကူေျပာလာႏိုင္မွာပါ။

႐ံုးတစ္ခုမွာ မလြဲမေသြထားရွိရမည့္ပစၥည္းတစ္ခုကေတာ့ ဖိုင္ ပဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

• "Do you know where the ABC file is at?" ABC ဖိုင္ဘယ္မွာရွိလဲသိလား။
  
• "Do you have the ABC file?" ABC ဖိုင္ခင္ဗ်ားဆီမွာ ရွိလား။
  
• "Is anybody using the ABC file right now?" တစ္ေယာက္ေယာက္မ်ား ABC ဖိုင္ကိုသံုးေနလား။
  
• "Did you check the file cabinet? It should be there." ဖိုင္ထားတဲ့ဗီ႐ိုထဲမွာ စစ္ၾကည့္ၿပီးၿပီလား။ အဲဒီမွာရွိႏိုင္တယ္။
  
• "Check the bin. Sometimes people throw it in there after they are done." အမႈိက္ပံုးထဲစစ္ၾကည့္လိုက္ဦး။ တစ္ခါတစ္ေလလူေတြကသူတို႔သံုးၿပီးရင္ အဲဒီထဲလႊင့္ပစ္ထားတတ္တယ္။
  
• "Oh... it's on my desk. I forgot to put it back." အိုး ငါ့စားပြဲေပၚမွာ။  ျပန္ထားဖို႔ေမ့သြားတယ္။
  
• "It's in my office. I'll get it for you." ငါ့႐ံုးခန္းထဲမွာ။ ငါယူေပးမယ္။

႐ံုးထဲမွာ မိမိသံုးလိုတဲ့ ဖိုင္တစ္ခု၊ စာအုပ္တစ္အုပ္ကို သူမ်ားစားပြဲေပၚျမင္တဲ့အခါ ငွားယူေတာင္းရမ္း ရပါမယ္။ ေအာက္မွာနမူနာေျပာစရာအေမးအေျဖေလးေတြေပးထားပါတယ္။

• "Are you using this book right now?" ခင္ဗ်ားဒီစာအုပ္အခုသံုးေနလား။
  
• "Can I borrow this book?" ဒီစာအုပ္ကၽြန္ေတာ္ငွားလို႔ရမလား။
  
• "Are you finished with this file?" ဒီဖိုင္သံုးၿပီးသြားၿပီလား။
  
• "Are you done with this report?" ဒီအစီရင္ခံစာၿပီးသြားၿပီလား။
  
• "Can I use this file?" ဒီဖိုင္သုံးလို႔ရမလား။

တစ္ခုခုလိုအပ္လွ်င္ ႐ံုးထဲက တစ္ေယာက္ၿပီးတစ္ေယာက္လိုက္ေမးရတတ္တာဓမၼတာပင္ျဖစ္သည္။ ၄င္းကို ask round ဟုေခၚသည္။ ေအာက္တြင္ေမးခြန္းနမူနာမ်ားေပးထားပါသည္။

• "Do you have an extra mouse? Mine broke." ေမာက္စ္အပိုတစ္ခုေလာက္ရွိလား။ ငါ့ဟာပ်က္သြားလို႔။
  
• "Do you have another network cable? The one I have is too short. ခင္ဗ်ားမွာတျခားနက္၀ပ္ႀကိဳးရွိလား။ ကၽြန္ေတာ့္ဟာကတိုလြန္းေနလို႔။
  
• "Do you have a blank DVD I can have?" ခင္ဗ်ားမွာ ဒီဗြီဒီအေခြလြတ္တစ္ခ်ပ္ေလာက္ရွိရင္ရႏိုင္မလား။
  
• "I ran out of labels. Do you have any I can have?" လိပ္စာကတ္(တံဆိပ္) ကုန္သြားၿပီ။ ခင္ဗ်ားမွာရွိရင္နည္းနည္းရႏိုင္မလား။
  
• "Can I borrow your stapler?" ခင္ဗ်ား စာရြက္ခ်ဳပ္စက္ခဏေလာက္ငွားႏိုင္မလား။
  
• "Do you have a hole puncher?" အေပါက္ေဖာက္စက္ရွိလား။
  
• "Do you have a staple remover by any chance?" စာရြက္ခ်ဳပ္ပင္အပ္ခြာတဲ့ဟာမ်ားရွိလားမသိဘူးေနာ္။

Company Policies

ကုမၸဏီတိုင္းမွာ သူ႔ကိုယ္ပိုင္စည္းမ်ဥ္းစည္းကမ္းေတြရွိတတ္ပါတယ္။ ၀တ္စားဆင္ယင္မႈ၊ ခဏအနားယူခ်ိန္၊ အားလပ္ရက္ခြင့္ စသည့္ မူ၀ါဒမ်ား သီးျခားရွိႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ လူသစ္တစ္ေယာက္ဆိုရင္ အဆိုပါ ေပၚလစီမ်ားကို သိလိုတဲ့အခါ ကိုယ့္ထက္၀ါရင့္တဲ့သူေတြကို ဒီလိုမ်ိဳးေတြေမးႏိုင္ပါတယ္။

• "How long are we allowed for lunch?" ေန႔လည္စာစားခ်ိန္ဘယ္ေလာက္ခြင့္ျပဳေပးထားသလဲ။
  
• "How long is our lunch break?" ေန႔လည္စာစားခ်ိန္ဘယ္ေလာက္ၾကာလဲ။
  
• "If I only take a 30 minute lunch, can I leave 30 minutes earlier?" ေန႔လည္စာစားခ်ိန္ နာရီ၀က္ပဲယူရင္ ညေန နာရီ၀က္ေစာျပန္လို႔ရမလား။
  
• "What time should I report to work?" အလုပ္ကိုဘယ္အခ်ိန္၀င္ရမွာလဲ။
  
• "Is there a strict policy on working hours?" အလုပ္ခ်ိန္နဲ႔ပတ္သက္လို႔ တင္းက်ပ္တဲ့စည္းကမ္းရွိလား။ (အလုပ္ေနာက္က်ရင္အေရးယူတဲ့မူ)
  
• "Are we allowed to start work an hour later if we work an hour more?" တစ္နာရီပိုလုပ္ရင္ တစ္နာရီေနာက္က်မွအလုပ္၀င္ဖို႔ ခြင့္ျပဳထားလား။
  
• "What is the dress code here?" ဒီမွာ အ၀တ္အစား၀တ္တာနဲ႔ပတ္သက္တဲ့စည္းကမ္းကဘာလဲ။
  
• "Are we allowed to wear casual clothes on Friday?" ေသာၾကာေန႔ေတြမွာ ထသြားထလာအ၀တ္ ၀တ္ခြင့္ျပဳလား။
  
• "Does this company have the casual Friday thing?" ဒီကုမၸဏီမွာ ေသာၾကာေန႔မွာ ေပါ့ေပါ့ပါးပါးအ၀တ္အစား ၀တ္ခြင့္ျပဳတာမ်ိဳးရိွလား။
  
• "If I have ten vacation days, am I allowed to use them all at once?" အားလပ္ခြင့္ဆယ္ရက္ရရင္ တစ္ခါတည္းတစ္ဆက္တည္းသံုးခြင့္ရွိလား။
  
• "What holidays do we have off?" ဘယ္႐ံုးပိတ္ရက္ေတြ နားခြင့္ရလဲ။
  
• "Do our vacation days expire?" အားလပ္ရက္ေန႔ေတြကုန္သြားၿပီလား။
  
• "Does this company allow telecommuting?" ဒီကုမၸဏီမွာ အိမ္ကေနအင္တာနက္နဲ႔အလုပ္လုပ္ခြင့္ျပဳလား။
  
• "Are we allowed to work from home?" အိမ္ကေနအလုပ္လုပ္ခြင့္ျပဳထားလား။

ကဲ ဒါေလးေတြေလ့လာၿပီး ယေန႔ပဲမိမိ႐ံုးထဲမွာေလ့က်င့္ေျပာဆိုၾကည့္လိုက္ၾကပါစို႔။
